All payments made to Ultimate AI Co. are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing that the service was not able to be fully delivered due to technical issues or health issues.

Due to the nature of digital services and AI implementation:

• Work begins immediately upon payment
• Resources are allocated upfront

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Where Offered)

Where a service is expressly sold with our 30-day money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies in place of the default policy above for that service. The 30-day period begins on the date the service is implemented and live — for example, when your website is installed, your advertising campaigns go live, or your AI receptionist is activated and answering calls — not on the date of payment. Time spent on builds, setup, or phone-number transfers does not count against the 30-day period. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within the 30-day window at contact@ultimateaico.com; qualifying refunds cover the amounts paid for the guaranteed service.
