AI systems may produce variable results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in your business.
In the course of providing our services — including consultations, strategy calls, product demonstrations, previews, proposals, drafts, and other pre-engagement work — Ultimate AI Co (“the Company”) may provide you with time, labor, advice, ideas, strategies, designs, creative materials, software or system configurations, or other work product (collectively, “Work Product”). All Work Product is provided in anticipation of, and in reliance upon, a paid engagement. Unless and until the applicable fees are paid in full, the Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to all Work Product, and no license or right to use it is granted or implied.
By accessing our website, engaging with our team, or receiving any consulting, guidance, or Work Product from the Company, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) any Work Product you receive confers a measurable benefit on you or your business; (b) the Company provides that benefit with a reasonable expectation of compensation, and not gratuitously; and (c) it would be inequitable for you to retain, use, or profit from that benefit without paying for it. Accordingly, if you use, implement, reproduce, adapt, or otherwise benefit from any Work Product without completing payment of the associated fees, you agree that the Company is entitled to recover the reasonable value of the services and Work Product provided under the doctrines of quantum meruit and unjust enrichment, or any analogous theory of recovery, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
This section applies whether or not a formal written agreement has been signed, and survives the termination or conclusion of any engagement or discussion between you and the Company. If we
believe that you have operated in bad-faith, you will be charged for a fair market amount for the services provided (currently at a minimum of $100 / hour for our services).
If you purchase an AI Receptionist subscription from Ultimate AI Co., your use of that service is additionally governed by our AI Receptionist Terms, which cover billing and payment authorization, included usage and per-minute overage charges, service disclaimers, and cancellation. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and the AI Receptionist Terms with respect to the AI Receptionist service, the AI Receptionist Terms control.
We may update these terms at any time.
We may terminate services at any time for misuse or breach of terms.
